    • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  1. Perishable Items Policy: Due to the nature of food and staple goods, returns or exchanges on unsealed food items are restricted for health and hygiene reasons once delivered.
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer service within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will issue a replacement or refund for verified issues.
  3. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting support. Once dispatched, standard return and refund policies apply.
